PubTriv Terms and Conditions. PT Entertainment and BarTV deliver PubTriv, an interactive trivia game played on your mobile devices. You can download the PubTriv App for both Android and iOS devices and play for free. There are various games to choose with each game consisting of multiple choice questions followed by a tie-breaker question.Players can enter any number of games.The entrant with the highest score is the winner. In the event of an equal score, the entrant with an answer closest to the tie-breaker question is the winner. In the event of an equal score and an equal tie-breaker answer, the first entry received by the PubTriv database will be deemed the winner. The winner in each game of PubTriv is notified in the App prior to display of the leader board which shows the results for all players. The game is played primarily for fun but prizes will be awarded for selected games. All competition details will be displayed on the PubTriv website, as will competition results for those games awarding prizes.
Only one set of answers can be submitted per game for each phone number. PT Entertainment is not responsible for late or lost entries that are due to poor internet connectivity or faults with web service providers.
All information displayed during BarTv's PubTriv game, to the best of PT Entertainments knowledge, is true and correct.
All player information is kept secure and private unless express permission is granted.

Our free PubTriv app allows you to play for your own enjoyment, to compete with other players in any location, to compete with other players within the venue of your choice, and with other players in venues throughout Australia. Our free QuizMasters trivia game is designed for competition between individuals in any location. In both cases, we require little personal information except what is needed to allow the game to operate and for you to be identified as a potential prize winner. That is a name, user (screen) name, email address and phone number. As we collect no money, and prizes are collected by competition winners at their local venues, no further information is required.
We respect your privacy and will endeavour to ensure your privacy is maintained when providing information electronically. To avoid the risk of another person accessing your account, please don't share your password with others.
